📍 MONTCLAIR, NJ — A disagreement over a restaurant meal escalated into a physical altercation outside a Montclair establishment on August 15.
Police responded at approximately 7:53 p.m. to Boschetto, 111 Grove Street, following a report of a physical dispute.
According to police, a customer became upset with his meal and entered the restaurant demanding a refund. A worker provided the refund, but the customer reportedly remained dissatisfied and began causing a disturbance inside the establishment.
🍽️ Staff asked the customer to leave. Once outside in the parking lot, police said a physical altercation occurred between the customer and an employee. Other restaurant staff intervened and broke up the confrontation before officers arrived.
🚑 No injuries were reported.
