🚨💔 WOMAN KILLED, INFANT INJURED IN GARDEN STATE PARKWAY CRASH 💔🚨
A 20-year-old woman from New York City died and an infant suffered minor injuries after being ejected from a car on the Garden State Parkway Friday afternoon. New Jersey State Police are investigating the cause of the crash in Lacey Township.
📍 LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ — A 20-year-old woman was killed and an infant suffered minor injuries Friday afternoon after both were ejected from a vehicle during a crash on the Garden State Parkway, according to New Jersey State Police.
The crash occurred shortly before 3:00 p.m. on the northbound Parkway near milepost 75.8 in Lacey Township.
👩 The victim was identified as Iisiz Lopez, 20, of New York City. Police said Lopez was seated in the rear of a Toyota sedan with an infant when the crash occurred.
🚑 Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene. The infant was also ejected from the vehicle but sustained minor injuries, according to police.
New Jersey State Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. Additional details regarding what led to the collision have not been released.
