Secaucus Police arrested a Union City man for tampering with public records during a traffic stop on August 31. Officers released 36-year-old Justin Rodriguez on a summons to appear in court at a later date.
š SECAUCUS, NJ ā A Union City man was arrested during a motor vehicle stop in Secaucus on a charge of Tampering with Public Records, according to the Secaucus Police Department.
Police said the incident occurred on August 31 at approximately 8:07 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop.
Officers arrested Justin Rodriguez, 36, of Union City, and charged him with Tampering with Public Records, under N.J.S.A. 2C:28-7A(3).
š Rodriguez was issued a summons to appear in court and was released following his arrest.
The case will proceed through the court system.
āļø The charge is an accusation, and Rodriguez is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
