๐จ๐โ๐ฆบ SOUTH TOMS RIVER K9 LOKI RUSHED FOR EMERGENCY SURGERY AFTER MEDICAL EMERGENCY

South Toms River Police K9 Loki is undergoing emergency surgery at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital after falling ill during a training session. A medevac program helped transport the dog for advanced care, and officials are asking the community for their support.

A South Toms River Police K9 is undergoing emergency medical treatment after suffering a sudden medical emergency while participating in training exercises earlier today.
๐โ๐ฆบ K9 Loki was training with Sgt. Kosh in South Toms River when he suddenly became ill. He was immediately transported to Garden State Veterinary Specialists (GSVS) in Toms River, where veterinary staff worked to stabilize him.
๐ฅ Due to the need for more advanced care, Lokiโs handlers activated the K9 Kona Medevac Program, allowing him to be transported for further treatment at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital.
Veterinary specialists continued evaluating and stabilizing Loki upon his arrival. He is now awaiting emergency surgery.
