NEW JERSEY — An AccuWeather Alert has been issued for a Severe Thunderstorm Warning covering portions of Atlantic, Burlington and Ocean counties this afternoon.
The warning is in effect until 4:00 PM EDT. Residents in the affected areas should be prepared for strong, gusty winds, heavy rainfall, frequent lightning and potentially hazardous conditions as thunderstorms move through the region.
