The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Hudson and Union counties until 7:15 p.m. residents should seek shelter immediately to avoid hazards like damaging wind gusts, large hail, and dangerous lightning.

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Hudson County and Union County through 7:15 PM this evening.
š©ļø HAZARDS MAY INCLUDE: ā¢ šØ Damaging wind gusts ā¢ š§ Large hail ā¢ ā” Dangerous lightning ā¢ š§ļø Torrential rainfall ā¢ š³ Downed trees and power lines
Residents in the warned areas should take shelter immediately. Move indoors, preferably to an interior room away from windows, and remain there until the warning expires or is canceled.
ā ļø DO NOT drive through flooded roadways or approach downed wires.
