🚨 MERCER COUNTY NARCOTICS INVESTIGATION LEADS TO TWO ARRESTS, COCAINE AND CASH SEIZED 🚨
A two-month investigation led to the arrest of Andrew Anderson and Aniyah Boone in Trenton. Mercer County authorities seized 160 grams of cocaine and over $36,000 in cash from a residence, a storage unit, and a hidden vehicle compartment.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A two-month investigation into the alleged distribution of cocaine in Trenton has resulted in two arrests and the seizure of approximately 160 grams of suspected cocaine and more than $36,000 in cash, authorities announced.
The investigation was conducted by the Mercer County Narcotics Task Force (MCNTF) with assistance from federal, county and local law enforcement agencies.
Investigators obtained search warrants for Andrew Anderson, his Eastampton residence, a storage unit in Lawrence Township, and two vehicles.
On August 6, 2026, authorities executed a search warrant at Anderson’s residence on Patriots Way. Investigators reportedly seized approximately $32,000 in cash, drug paraphernalia and three large digital scales. Anderson’s girlfriend, Aniyah Boone, was detained outside the home without incident.
A subsequent search of a storage unit on Brunswick Pike in Lawrence Township reportedly uncovered items bearing Anderson’s name, 9mm ammunition and additional drug paraphernalia.
Anderson was later detained in Trenton while operating a Ford F-150. During a search of the vehicle, Robbinsville Township Police K-9 Rudy reportedly alerted detectives to the presence of narcotics.
Investigators said they discovered a secret compartment behind the vehicle’s infotainment system containing approximately 160 grams of suspected cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Two digital scales and approximately $4,403 in cash were also reportedly recovered from the truck.
💰 Prosecutors estimate the suspected cocaine has an approximate street value of $8,000.
Anderson, 35, was charged with first-degree narcotics offenses and money laundering. Prosecutors have filed a motion seeking his detention pending trial.
Boone, 26, was charged with second-degree narcotics offenses and money laundering and was released pending future court proceedings.
The investigation involved the MCNTF, Drug Enforcement Administration, FBI, Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office, and police departments from Ewing, Hamilton, Robbinsville and Trenton, among other agencies.
