🚨 MANASQUAN WOMAN CHARGED IN DEADLY THREE-VEHICLE CRASH IN WALL TOWNSHIP 🚨
Tamra G. Lawlor of Manasquan faces vehicular homicide charges for a March 2026 crash in Wall Township that killed a Brick woman. Investigators say Lawlor was under the influence when she ran a red light, causing the three-vehicle collision.

A 23-year-old Manasquan woman is facing vehicular homicide and assault charges in connection with a three-vehicle crash in Wall Township that claimed the life of a Brick woman earlier this year, authorities announced Wednesday.
According to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Tamra G. Lawlor, 23, has been charged with second-degree Vehicular Homicide and fourth-degree Assault by Auto. She had previously been issued several traffic-related charges, including DWI, reckless driving, failure to observe a traffic control device and possession of an open, unsealed marijuana container in a motor vehicle.
🚔 THE CRASH
The collision occurred shortly after 5:20 p.m. on March 5, 2026, at the intersection of State Highway 70 and Morningstar Road in Wall Township.
Investigators said three vehicles were involved:
🚙 A Subaru Crosstrek operated by Lawlor 🚗 A Toyota Camry operated by 58-year-old Eileen Ziesmer of Brick 🚙 A Nissan Armada operated by another 51-year-old Brick woman
Ziesmer was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
Lawlor and the third driver were also transported to local medical facilities with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
🔎 INVESTIGATION
The investigation was conducted by the Wall Township Police Department, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Fatal Accident Unit and the Monmouth County Serious Collision Analysis Response Team (SCART).
Authorities allege the investigation determined that Lawlor was operating under the influence of intoxicating substances when she ran a red light and caused the crash.
Lawlor was formally charged earlier this week and surrendered to law enforcement on Tuesday, September 1. She was subsequently transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending an upcoming appearance in Monmouth County Superior Court.
⚖️ IMPORTANT: The charges are allegations. Lawlor is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in court.
