Secaucus police arrested a 23-year-old man for shoplifting at the Home Depot on Paterson Plank Road on Friday morning. Jose Aguilera-Marquez was issued a summons and released pending a future court appearance.
š SECAUCUS, NJ ā A man was arrested Friday morning after police responded to a reported shoplifting incident at the Home Depot on Paterson Plank Road in Secaucus.
According to the Secaucus Police Department, officers responded to the store, located at 100 Paterson Plank Road, at approximately 10:56 a.m. on September 4 following a report of shoplifting.
Police arrested Jose Aguilera-Marquez, 23, in connection with the incident.
Aguilera-Marquez was charged with Shoplifting, under N.J.S.A. 2C:20-11B(1).
āļø He was issued a complaint summons and subsequently released from police custody.
The case will proceed through the court system.
ā ļø The charge is an accusation, and Aguilera-Marquez is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
