🚨 LINE OF DUTY DEATH: NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP EMS CHIEF BIL ROSEN REMEMBERED 🚑💙

The public safety community is mourning the tragic loss of Neptune Township EMS Chief Bil Rosen, who passed away this morning after collapsing in the line of duty. He was 59 years old. Chief Rosen dedicated his life to serving others through EMS, emergency management, education, and peer support. Throughout his career, he held numerous leadership roles, including Chief of Neptune Township EMS, Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for Neptune OEM, Training Module Manager for the NJ EMS Task Force, Deputy EMS Coordinator for Monmouth County, and longtime member of Shark River Hills First Aid. Beyond his professional achievements, Chief Rosen was known for his compassion, mentorship, and commitment to improving mental health and wellness among first responders. He helped build a peer support system designed to support those who dedicate their lives to helping others. Chief Rosen’s impact extended far beyond the emergency services community. He was a devoted husband, father, educator, and friend who touched countless lives through his service, teaching, humor, and generosity. Please keep Chief Rosen’s wife Kristen, son Sebastian, his family, friends, and the entire Neptune Township EMS and New Jersey public safety community in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
