Victor A. Fujimoto Diaz of Kearny was arrested for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a juvenile in North Arlington. The sixty-three-year-old faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sexual contact.
KEARNY, NJ — A 63-year-old Kearny man has been arrested and charged following an investigation into alleged sexual contact involving a juvenile in North Arlington, according to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella.
Authorities identified the defendant as Victor A. Fujimoto Diaz, 63, of Kearny.
🔎 The investigation began after the New Jersey Division of Child Protection & Permanency contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit on August 31, 2026, regarding allegations of sexual contact with a juvenile that reportedly occurred in North Arlington.
Investigators with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and North Arlington Police Department determined that Fujimoto Diaz allegedly engaged in sexual activity with a juvenile in August 2026, authorities said.
🚔 Fujimoto Diaz was arrested in North Arlington on September 2, 2026.
He was charged with:
⚖️ Third-degree endangering the welfare of a child ⚖️ Fourth-degree criminal sexual contact
Following his arrest, Fujimoto Diaz was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack.
