🚨 FORMER FREEHOLD TEACHER SENTENCED TO 12 YEARS FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT OF STUDENT
Former Freehold Intermediate School teacher Allison Havemann-Niedrach was sentenced to 12 years in prison for sexually assaulting a teenage student. The 45-year-old woman must serve at least 85% of her term and permanently forfeit her teaching license.

A former Freehold Intermediate School teacher has been sentenced to 12 years in New Jersey State Prison for sexually assaulting a teenage student, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
👩⚖️ Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 45, of Jackson Township, was sentenced Friday in Monmouth County Superior Court by Judge Jill G. O’Malley.
Under the terms of the sentence, Havemann-Niedrach must serve at least 85% of the 12-year sentence before becoming eligible for parole under New Jersey’s No Early Release Act.
🔎 According to investigators, the criminal conduct began in January 2024 and continued for approximately six months before Havemann-Niedrach was arrested in June 2024.
Authorities said the investigation, conducted by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Bureau and Freehold Borough Police Department, found that Havemann-Niedrach maintained near-constant contact with the teenage victim through thousands of text messages.
📋 A Monmouth County Grand Jury indicted Havemann-Niedrach in March 2025.
In January 2026, she pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated sexual assault.

🔴 Permanent forfeiture of public office 🔴 Surrender of her New Jersey teaching license 🔴 Parole Supervision for Life 🔴 Registration as a sex offender under Megan’s Law
🗣️ Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago said the case represented a serious violation of the trust placed in educators to protect and act in the best interests of their students.
The case was prosecuted by Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutor Danielle Zanzuccki, Director of the Special Victims Bureau. Havemann-Niedrach was represented by attorney Matthew Mordas.
