ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ ā A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for Atlantic County and remains in effect until 9:30 PM this evening.
Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms are capable of producing rapid and potentially dangerous flooding, particularly in low-lying areas, poor-drainage locations, roadways, and areas that receive repeated rounds of heavy rain.
š Residents in the warned area should remain alert and be prepared to seek higher ground if flooding develops.
š Motorists are urged to NEVER drive through flooded roadways. Even a small amount of moving water can be dangerous.
