The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for Middlesex and Somerset counties until 5:00 p.m. Heavy rain and thunderstorms may cause dangerous flooding on roads, and officials advise drivers to never travel through flooded areas.
β οΈ A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for Middlesex and Somerset Counties and remains in effect until 5:00 PM.
π§οΈ Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms may produce rapid and dangerous flooding, especially in low-lying areas, roadways, underpasses and areas with poor drainage.
π TURN AROUND, DONβT DROWN! Never drive through a flooded roadway. Water may be deeper and moving faster than it appears.
π If flooding begins near your location, move to higher ground immediately and stay indoors when possible.
