🚨 FBI OFFERS $150,000 REWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO ARREST OF WANTED MAN WITH NEW JERSEY TIES 🚨

NEW JERSEY — The FBI is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Rey E. Grabato, II, who is wanted on multiple federal fraud and tax-related charges.

According to federal authorities, Grabato allegedly served as the President and majority owner of National Realty Investment Advisors, LLC (NRIA) and is accused of participating in a scheme that allegedly defrauded approximately 2,000 investors, including hundreds of New Jersey investors, of more than $650 million between February 2018 and January 2022.

Authorities allege that Grabato and others misrepresented the value of an NRIA investment fund that was reportedly used to acquire equity interests in companies investing in real estate assets.

Federal authorities also allege that Grabato participated in a separate tax-related scheme between November 2007 and August 2022 that allegedly obstructed the IRS in its efforts to collect approximately $26 million in outstanding tax liabilities owed to the federal government.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Grabato on October 12, 2022, in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark.

Grabato is wanted on charges including:
