⚠️ FATAL MOTORCYCLE CRASH UNDER INVESTIGATION IN LINDEN ⚠️
A 70-year-old Elizabeth man died Monday night after his motorcycle collided with a car at a Linden intersection. Police are investigating the crash and asking any witnesses to contact the Linden Police Traffic Bureau with information.
LINDEN, NJ — A 70-year-old Elizabeth man has died following a serious motorcycle crash in Linden Monday evening, September 14.
According to police, officers responded around 8:50 p.m. to the intersection of East St. Georges Avenue and East Baltimore Avenue after receiving reports of a major motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.
Investigators say a 2013 Yamaha motorcycle collided with a 2009 Toyota Camry at the intersection. The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was transported to Trinitas Regional Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.
🏍️ No other injuries were reported.
The Linden Police Traffic Bureau continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
