Sea Girt police will conduct a driving while intoxicated checkpoint tonight, August 21, from 8:00 p.m. to midnight. Officers will screen southbound traffic on State Highway 71 at 700 Crescent Place, and drivers should expect delays or detours during the operation.
SEA GIRT, NJ ā Motorists traveling through Sea Girt tonight should be prepared for a scheduled DWI checkpoint as local police conduct sobriety enforcement.
The Sea Girt Police Department says the checkpoint will take place Friday, August 21, from 8:00 PM until midnight.
During the operation, southbound traffic on State Highway 71 will be directed onto Crescent Place and into the parking lot at 700 Crescent Place, where motorists will be screened by officers for sobriety.
