PLEASANTVILLE, NJ — A 6 year old boy has died after being struck by a vehicle along a major Atlantic County roadway Sunday night.
Police responded to the area of Black Horse Pike and Noahs Road in Pleasantville at approximately 9:30 p.m.
According to a report, the child entered the roadway and was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Black Horse Pike. The boy suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, identified as a 31 year old Pleasantville resident, remained at the scene following the crash.
